Subscriber claims for unsent or damaged issues should be made in writing to the Journal. Please direct requests and inquires to the Journal at email@example.com.
If the claim is for an unsent issue, please specify the volume and issue number that you paid for and claim was not sent by the Journal. If the claim is for a damaged copy received from the Journal, please include the date the damaged copy was received, the nature of the damage, the delivery service, the volume and issue number, and the number of damaged copies. Claims must be submitted within 12 months of the publication date of the volume and issue.
